Kravins started in 2018 with a simple question — what if we cooked for everyone the way we cook for our family? Texas-style smoked meats. Cornmeal-crusted catfish straight out the fryer. Sides that taste like Sunday dinner.

What started as weekend pop-ups turned into a full-time truck. Today we serve plates across Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, and Queen Creek — wherever there are people who want real BBQ and real soul food.

Every brisket is smoked in-house. Every side made from scratch. Nothing gets shortcut.
